The complete set of nozzles universal (further it is simple
nozzles) represents a set of optical paths from polymer to the device
of quantum therapy "Vityas". The complete set of nozzles allows to
enter the directed radiation directly in bodies and to create optimum
density of a stream of capacity on an output of a nozzle.

The basic specifications:
- Nozzles are made of the nontoxical optical organic
glass well passing a light stream from 600 up to 890 nanometer
(from red radiation up to a near infra-red spectrum).
- Losses of energy of radiation at use of nozzles:
- Losses on reflection from a face surface at input
of infra-red radiation no more than 10 %;
- Losses on absorption in a material of a nozzle, no
more than 10 %;
- Losses on dispersion from walls of an optical path
no more than 15 %.
- Weight of the complete set of nozzles in packing no
more than 0,15 kg.

Security measures.
At carrying out of sessions of laser therapy with optical
nozzles in the field of eyes it is necessary to dress to the patient
goggles.
Goggles should not have cracks and having chopped off
colour-filters, other defects worsening their protective properties.
Installation and change of optical nozzles should be made
only at the switched off laser radiation of the device.
It is forbidden to direct the radiating ends of nozzles
aside an eye, it is especial at an irradiation of the
person.

The operating procedure with nozzles:
- To take the device for the handle and to turn
an aperture of a radiator upwards.
- To take from packing an optical nozzle
necessary for the given procedure and with the help of the
cartridge to fix in a carvingaperture on the part of a
radiator of the device. The cartridge is screwed on a
groove before rigid fixing a nozzle. In order to prevent
damage of a groove to not put significant efforts at
screwing up. If the cartridge and a nozzle have not been
disinfected, preliminary to disinfect them of 70 % spirit.
- At use of a nozzle ¹1 in gynecology or
proctology to put on it(her) a condom and to fix it(him).
- To switch on a feed(meal) according to the
passport on the device.
- Preparation for job and choice of an operating
mode is carried out according to methodical
recommendations and the passport on the device.
- At an irradiation of area of eyes to put on
goggles and to the patient.
- To enter a nozzle into a cavity or to
establish the radiating end on the necessary point or a
zone of a body and to keep her(it) in this position during
a session, for example, a hand of the patient.
- To press the button START-UP and to lead(carry
out) a session of laser therapy. If necessary irradiations
of the extended struck sites (a vagina, a direct gut,
etc.) follows in pauses between radiations slowly and in
regular intervals to move a nozzle more deeply for
influence on the following site.
- Upon termination of the established duration
of a session the device automatically will be switched off
with submission of a sound signal.
- If necessary continuations of a session again
to press the button START-UP and to repeat an irradiation
before end of recommended influence.
- After deenergizing radiation to remove(take
off) glasses.
- To switch off the device having disconnected
from a network of a feed(meal).
- To remove(take off) a disposable condom.
- To unscrew, disinfect the cartridge and a
nozzle of 70 % spirit and to lay in packing. On it the
session of laser therapy comes to an end.
Practical recommendations on use of
nozzles.
To disinfect the cartridge and nozzles follows
rubbing of 70 % by spirit. To process solutions of
formalin, alkalis, etc. active substances it is not
recommended in order to prevent deterioration of optical
characteristics of plexiglas and occurrence of cracks.
Manufacturer's guarantees, service life and
storages.
The enterprise - manufacturer guarantees normal
job of nozzles within 12 months from the date of sale at
observance of conditions of transportation, storage and
use, at absence of mechanical damages and thermal
deformation.
Warranty period of storage of 12 months from
the date of manufacturing nozzles by the enterprise -
manufacturer.
At absence in a label of a mark about date of
sale the warranty period of operation is established from
the date of manufacturing nozzles by the enterprise -
manufacturer.
Storage of nozzles should be made in regular
packing in a room at temperature from +5 up to +40 With
and humidity up to 80 % at any atmospheric pressure.
